Tara, Tara, Tara…
Miss Tara is one of the most fun, creative and exciting models we’ve had. She has such a unique personality, and always keep us on our toes. Tara loves to perform, and she does a lot of singing and acting. She performed an amazing rendition of Titanium at our Runway Fashion Show, blowing us all away with her talents. Furthermore, she has her own Vine channel, where she makes some of the silliest 6-second videos, some featuring her with a giant fake mustache and playing the role of her father. She really cracks us up, and we love every time she’s at the studio.
We asked Tara what she was most excited about with regards to her upcoming senior year, and she said “All of my exciting new classes and prepping for college. And of course, boys. Definitely boys.” She also mentioned that she was planning to go to CU to major in performing arts, and or even potentially some kind of nursing program.
For her senior portraits, Tara chose the Element Session, allowing her to do a combination of city and park portraits. The self proclaimed “crazy-tall” bombshell, Tara, has become a complete natural at posing and expressions. She has one of the most stunning “serious” faces we’ve seen in a long time, and she has such a unique beauty to her. Anderson said how much he loved photographing her because she is such a natural behind the camera. Tara said that her favorite part about having her picture taken with Element One Studio is “laughing about all the things that happen on film, and being able to pretend you’re a fancy supermodel.” She said she was initially worried about feeling rushed, but her experience with Element One was so amazing, and she wasn’t rushed at all. We take as much time as needed to ensure we get the best portraits possible and we coach our subjects through each and every shoot.
Getting to know Tara
Q: What are some of your favorite hobbies?
A: Singing. I’ll probably go pro in the “shower league”.
Q: What is most important to you, regarding your senior portraits?
A: Having the images on Facebook. You gotta show off on the social media! These will help me graduate from them mirror selfies, man!
Q: How do you plan to spend your summer?
A: Hopefully getting a summer job, but otherwise, enjoying the sun with friends.

A: Heritage High School
