Meet Mariah! She is a senior at Dakota Ridge High School, and came to us as part of our modeling program. She is such a sweet and sassy young woman, and we loved doing her makeover and senior pics. We learned that she is a really good cook, and loves to cook for her family. She showed us a few awesome meals when she was working on the Element One Pay It Forward campaign, in which she performed random acts of kindness for people around her.
One of the things the photographers love the most about Mariah is that she is so sweet, and is really good at following directions. She can put on a smile, a serious face, and pose. She loves to get the opinions of the stylists that make her look her best, and we love to oblige! Our fashionistas and makeup artists at the studio are great at helping people look and feel their best. Below are some of our favorite pictures of Mariah from her recent summer senior shoot.

Interview with Miss Mariah
Element One (E): What is your favorite movie?
Mariah (M): Fast and Furious, 2 Fast 2 Furious, Fast and Furious: Tokyo Drift, Fast and Furious 4, Fast Five, Step Up, Step Up 2: The Streets, Step Up 3D, Step Up 4: Miami Heat, and Magic Mike.
(E): Well then… Seems like you enjoy the wildly good looking. Tell me, what is one thing that makes you utterly unique?
(M): My sassy attitude.
(E): Ha! Yes, indeed. It’s cute, and fun for sure. What do you plan on doing this summer?
(M): I’m going to hang out with my friend Marissa, doing everything possible. Oh, and working out every day.
(E): Working out.. Hmm.. That reminds me, I am really craving cookies right now. When I was in college, I lived up the street from this amazing bakery that had the best cookies ever. Where are you planning on going to college?
(M): I want to go to Johnson and Wales for business. I want to open my own restaurant here in Denver and in Florida.
(E): Awesome! You’re really making me hungry now. What color lipgloss are you wearing right now?
(M): Birthday cake.
(E): Oh my. Now you’ve done it. This interview is over. I’m going to get some cake.
